Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy:

  • Return Period: Customers have 2 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return.
  • How to Return: Please contact our customer service by mail. They will provide guidance on how to process the return of goods.

Conditions for Return:

  • Defective Products:
    • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt of the product. You may be required to provide photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect.
    • There will be no cost for return shipping for defective products.
  • Customer Remorse:
    • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must report it to our Customer Service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
    • There will be no cost for return shipping for products returned due to customer remorse.

Refund Policy:

  • We only accept INR currencies for refunds.
  • In case of any refunds approved by BALAJI ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the manufacturer for any warranty-related issues.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any product, service, or offer at any time without prior notice. While we aim to provide accurate information, circumstances may require changes, and we appreciate your understanding in such instances.
